OUR PRODUCTS

Step 1: We entertain serious buyers only. Please state your name, contact number, address for delivery, item name (eg: Cookies), item code, colour & size (if applicable) and send the details to us via email to home_sweetbizz@yahoo.com

Step 2: Once order received, we will send the full amount due (including postage) as well as Account details. Payment must be made within 3 days. Failing to do so, we will release the item to the next interested buyer. You may choose either to bank in the payment or via online bank transfer.

Step 3: Do notify us once payment is made. Please state the date and amount of transaction.

Step 4: Purchased item(s) will be mailed out. Please take note that delivery will only be made on every Wednesday and Saturday only. If we received your payment on Friday, your item will be mailed out on the next day.

NOTE:

1. All sales made are final. We do not do refunds or exchange of items. Please ensure that you request for the right item code, size and colour. If you are not sure or would like to enquire further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Deposit RM20 is required for each item booked.

3. Booking is allowed up to 2 days maximum.

4. Strictly no BACK OUTS once purchase is confirmed (payment is made).

5. All items will be shipped via Pos Laju / Pos Ekspress / Courier Service, depends on buyer's preferences.
Pos Laju: 1-2pcs ~ RM6 (west m'sia) ~ RM8 (sabah, sarawak); 3-4pcs ~ RM7 (west m'sia) ~ RM9 (sabah, sarawak); 5-6pcs ~ RM8 (west m'sia) & ~ RM10 (sabah, sarawak)
Pos Ekspress: West Malaysia RM6, East Malaysia RM10. **Prices vary depending on weight of item(s)**

6. We will not be liable for any damage or loss during the delivery of the item(s).

7. Prices are non-negotiable unless stated negotiable.
